Short Description:

PGA (Gamma Poly Glutamic Acid,γ-Poly Glutamic Acid) is a natural occurring, multi-functional, and biodegradable biopolymer. It is produced through fermentation by Bacillus subtilis using glutamic acid. Thanks to its unique properties, Gamma PGA can be used as thickener, film-former, humectant, retarder, cosolvent, binder and anti-freezing agent.
